At the Put-in-Bay Aquatic Visitors Center, the whole family can learn about the marine life living around the Lake Erie Islands. With the free fishing equipment, public dock, and no license needed, everyone is welcome to fish the bay! The Ohio Division of Wildlife runs this center, which is complete with live fish displays, hands-on exhibits, the history of the center as the former state hatchery, and a children's playroom. Open from late May to September. Free admission.
